Sustainability Throughout the Entire Lifecycle

We don’t think of elevators in terms of projects, but in terms of decades. That is why we support each of our systems throughout its entire life cycle: from the initial consultation through to design, engineering, manufacture and installation, right through to long-term service, including regular maintenance. Any future modernisation work is also an integral part of our support – and extends the system’s service life by further decades. In doing so, we combine technical precision with a sense of responsibility: design approaches aimed at reducing material use and extending the service life of elevator systems, quality certified to ISO 9001, and maintenance that prevents faults rather than merely rectifying them. In this way, we create cost-effective, reliable long-term solutions for our customers.

We do not just set goals – we demonstrate measurable progress: In 2025, we achieved the following figures compared with the previous year.

Icon packaging waste
70% less packaging waste
Icon CO₂ reduction
24% less CO₂ per serviced elevator
Icon Scope emissions
7% fewer Scope 1 emissions
Icon renewable energy
50% renewable energy generated on-site
Icon apprentice retention
100% apprentice retention rate

Sustainability means taking responsibility. Since 2020, we have comprehensively upgraded our site’s energy efficiency and invested in efficient technologies and photovoltaic systems. In doing so, we permanently reduce energy consumption and emissions while combining environmental responsibility with economic stability.

The continued development of our vehicle fleet highlights our transition towards lower-emission mobility. The share of fully electric vehicles has more than tripled within two years, increasing the share of journeys made with fully electric vehicles and reducing direct fleet emissions. In this way, we combine efficient service with environmental responsibility.
